1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Multiservice King of Clean LLC provides professional mobile auto detailing services, including but not limited to:

Interior and exterior detailing

Paint polishing and correction

Sealant and ceramic coating application

Specialized cleaning add-on services

All services are performed at the location agreed upon with the customer.

2. VEHICLE CONDITION

The customer acknowledges that:

The initial condition of the vehicle directly affects final results.

Pre-existing damage may not be fully correctable.

Services are designed to enhance and protect, not guarantee like-new results on severely damaged vehicles.

3. ACCESS AND SAFETY

The customer is responsible for providing safe access to the vehicle and removing personal belongings prior to service.
Multiservice King of Clean LLC is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle.

4. TIME AND SCHEDULING

Service times are estimates and may vary. Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Delays over 15 minutes may require rescheduling.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or force majeure.

6. WEATHER CONDITIONS

As a mobile service, weather conditions may affect service delivery. In such cases, a new appointment will be scheduled.

7. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

No warranties are provided for pre-existing damage. Ceramic coating durability depends on proper maintenance. We are not responsible for unrelated mechanical or electrical issues.

8. PAYMENTS

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Prices represent an investment in vehicle protection and maintenance.

9. SMS MESSAGING PROGRAM (TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATION)

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Multiservice King of Clean LLC, you agree to receive text messages related to, but not limited to:

Appointment confirmations and reminders

Service updates and follow-ups

Customer support communication

Occasional service-related notifications

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP”. Upon sending “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
